2026 Spring Conference

March 2 - Executive Committee only
March 3-5- $700 Open to Members only
March 4th- $300 Continuing Education Day
The registration rate includes breakfast and lunch on the 3rd and 4th and breakfast on the 5th. There are no meals included for the 2nd. Registration must be paid in order to attend the conference. No attendee will be admitted if registration is pending.
2026 Spring Conference
Rooms are available at with the Directors of Public Health Nursing Group at a rate of $289.00 per night. Reservations must be made by February 10, 2026. Book with The Westin using this link.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Monday, February 23, 2026. No refunds will be made after this date. Any cancellations prior to this date will be refunded in full, minus a $50 processing fee. Send written cancellation requests via email to admin@DPHN.org.
If registration is cancelled due to non-payment of the registration fee, attendee is responsible for all travel and associated costs.
Please note that in the event of a cancellation, any expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel, will not be reimbursed. Registered attendees will be notified by email in the event of cancellation.
